Twain Adult Day Care is a resource for Las Vegas Valley adults who need care during the day.

Our programs are designed to help maintain client independence and complement or provide an alternative to
our clients' in-home care services.

Adults who may be permanently or temporarily disabled,
the elderly or infirmed who needs care during the day.

What are your hours?

We are open from 7AM to 3PM

What Insurance are accepted?

We currently accept Medicaid and Private Self-Pay.
Pre-Eligibility Hours: 8:30AM to 2PM.
We do consider eligible individuals who don't have Medicaid or
can't afford the self-pay rate. Please reach out to us at
